(#6322) trump cannot run for a 3rd term!

The 22nd Amendment to our Constitution states that only two full terms or less can be held by any person in the presidency. So even if trump were to fulfill his 2nd term to completion he would not be eligible to run for president again. We have heard so much talk about him being in office in 2032 but that is just nonsense. A constitutional amendment cannot be changed without 2/3rds majority vote in each chamber of Congress, and ratified by 38 states. The 22nd Amendment cannot be overruled by the supreme court either. So for trump to think he can run again in 2028 is just another delusion or fantasy he is living under.
If he wants to overthrow our government then he can claim to be a king but he will never legally be able to run for president again. Now there are, in theory, some scenarios where trump could force himself back into the office of the presidency. The republican supreme court majority could rule that the 12th Amendment wouldn't cover a 2 term president running as a vice president and then inheriting the job due to an unforeseen or not incapacitation by the person who actually won the presidency. That would be a gross injustice of the intent of the 22nd Amendment of our Constitution which is to limit any person from being elected president for more than 2 terms.
Another theory being considered is for trump to be voted in as Speaker of the House since he wouldn't need to be a Congressperson and then the two candidates for president and vice president resign thus allowing the Speaker to become the president due to line of succession rules. Again this theory butts up against the intent of the 22nd Amendment, Even the loyal republican majority on the supreme court would be hard pressed to logically explain their break from the intent of the 22nd Amendment. If the supreme court would hold trump eligible for another term in the presidency then the backlash facing trump, our constitution, and the courts legitimacy, would be a chaotic crisis never witnessed in modern American times.
