(#6162) We who know the truth of even one subject must shepherd it relentlessly!

Some know more truths than others and those people are truly gifted, but most of us are able to at least know the truth of at least one subject. As such we are the unappointed leaders of promoting that truth to anyone who will listen. It is our purpose at this current time of living. We have a duty to let all know that truth is real and not some alternative way of expressing. There are so many around us who are clueless about not only local, regional, and national politics but world politics as well. It isn't easy to have a conversation with folks about some current event and then listen to their opinion without them being aware of how it all came to become.
I don't suffer fools lightly and I have to bite my tongue metaphorically when they act like they know more than they do. I will however give some of them an opportunity to listen to me if they are willing. Then I begin on how whatever event had progressed. I don't mind doing so if I am not wasting time on them which is why most are ignored by me. Too many think that no matter what facts are laid out in front of them they immediately go into a cognitive dissonance behavior which tells me all I need to know about them. But the few that will respond with logic back at me then the joy of learning begins.
I am not perfect by any means but I do know what truths I know. I am doing my part to help educate people objectively who are earnest in knowing what is going on around them instead of just accepting someone telling them what is what with bias, prejudice, and ulterior motive. All of us are capable of making good decisions if we know all the facts concerning the subject. This is why I support democracy. You never know who is going to be the next brilliant mind to appear in our civilization of human beings so giving everyone a chance to show themselves is the perfect opportunity to find out. Staying within the facts and truths of things is the process. So we each have a duty to that.
