(#6294) The Virginia Supreme Court will reverse the error by the Tazwell judge and reinstate the redistricting vote!

After having reviewed the points of contention by the Tazwell judge, it is clear he is grasping at straws to make his argument. He claims the redistricting law did not follow constitutional procedure. Yet in each instance he is shown to be incorrect. I will list his points here: 1. Virginia House joint resolutions were violated; of which they were not. 2. The Virginia Constitution was violated upon no intervening general election between 2 parliamentary sessions, of which he is again incorrect. 3. Virginia code violation on the 2nd assembly vote not being effective, which once again he is incorrect! 4. Submission clause violations of language, timing, and singularity, all of which is incorrect.
This Tazwell judge plays fast and loose with definitions that are neither correct nor constitutional. The Virginia Supreme Court will be quick to see through these inherently wrong opinions and deliver to the voters of Virginia their rights per their vote. It isn't surprising to me that this Tazwell judge who is a trump nominee has taken on validity of the redistricting vote. It isn't from legal concern given his insufficient arguments and one can only presume it is for political favor. When looking at whether the constitutional law was followed to the correct timeline is obvious. What is also clear is that this Tazwell judge interpreted his opinion at best out of a clear lack of logic.
The decision in this case could come as early as the Virginia Supreme Court Justices decide to issue it because there are no complex considerations at play here. The Tazwell judge will be reversed and the people of Virginia will be redeemed. No constitutional law was broken here. The wisdom of the law is debatable on a few levels but the process to attain the law is unbroken and correct. Which is all the Tazwell judge should have been more keen to notice. Instead he let his distaste for the final outcome overcome his ability to be a fair and impartial justice of the law!
