(#6358) No remorse from the rapist president trump

      The inability of trump to accept the truth of his own actions is indicative of a psychopathy within a deranged mind. His inability to admit his culpability in the fact of his own actions doesn't necessarily proclaim he doesn't know within in his own mind; but his character is such that he cannot reveal any remorse regardless. Or he just doesn't compute any action by himself to be unworthy. He is often described as a narcissist and each time I write a sentence about his behavior and lack of awareness to his guilt the word keeps popping up in my mind. Clinically calling him a narcissist is in line with what his character displays.
     He has no remorse for his actions despite the harm they cause. Everyone is just collateral damage that is well within his acceptable range. He is truly an incomplete person and how we as a society ever let him ascend to our highest office will forever be a shame on us. Even those of us who didn't vote for him and warned of his deficiencies. We are still part of the era that allowed him. We were not enough to stop him when we knew what he was/is capable of doing. Oddly, even his own majority subservient not supreme court failed to stop the criminality now attached to trump forever. I guess his raping is a bridge too far for them although I suspect they struggled to deny his appeal of that conviction.
     Most human beings when faced with their own failings pause to reconsider their behavior and choices. It is how we process our actions in order to rectify them when possible. We don't see that with the rapist trump. He sets no example of how to learn from mistakes. He only shows how to double down on mistakes and ignore his own despicable behavior. Throw in the constant lying in an attempt to disguise his failings and we see who he truly is. How we survive the malignant creature is still to be determined but at least we don't have an expectation of him evolving into a better human being. He is what he is and for that we are all paying a heavy price now and going forward until well after he is no more.
