(#6473) 12 days left until election results...careful with the voting machines

This is why I urge all voters to vote early. Voting machines in at least 3 states are changing democratic votes to republicans ones. How this is happening is not the question, nor is why! We know how republicans are. They are sneaky cheating liars who would rather play dirty than play fair. It is obvious who is doing the vote flipping as only democratic votes are flipping to republicans. What is at least a silver lining is that the vote flipping is happening ass we vote. So seeing a republican vote on the screen when we pushed the democratic option is a clue. What I have seen is that if you keep pushing for your democratic candidate it will eventually show the vote cast for the democrat.
Which means that we all have to make sure that as we make each selection on the screen that it actually tallied with our candidate. No rushing through the voting process. If you have an alternative to vote always vote with your paper ballot and take it to a drop box. I always take a picture of my ballot making sure I get the ballot identification number in one of the pics. Let there be no doubt as to our vote. As dear as we feel about our vote others also do. If they can cancel out your vote without being caught they will most certainly do so. So protect your vote by ding whatever is necessary to get your ballot from yourself to the county elections office.
I have been looking at the early numbers in critical states and I am seeing the same voting amounts as there were in 2024. This is no typical midterm where the numbers are predictably lower than presidential elections. The voting in this election is running even and higher than 2024. Which makes me think that the enthusiasm is real and is showing itself everywhere. When all we registered voters make up our minds that voting in this election is more critical than not voting in this election these are the numbers I would hope to see to date. I will not get excited by the early numbers because early is still early. But at least I still have great hope that what I am seeing in the early vote is matching up with the national wake up call about the worsening of our democracy under republicanism!
