The folding of trump has just begun (#3646)

I cannot express how important this moment is to our nation. The bully trump has folded on his state of the union speech after trying all his belligerent tactics in the press, https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-concedes-to-nancy-pelosi-postpones-state-of-the-union-speech-2019-1?utm_content=buffer5c9cf&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer-bi. Which is exactly what he is doing with the government shutdown. We now have a template for how trump operates when he is being stubborn about a policy or desire. He throws everything negative at it and then when there is nothing left to throw he quietly concedes to his opponent. I expect the same to occur in the few coming days with his government shutdown. He will fold to Nancy again and then slink off to lick his wounds.
For those who thought Nancy was too old to be the Speaker of the House are awful silent now that she is roaring like a lion in the face of the coward trump. We who knew her always knew she was as tough as it comes and if she was willing to keep on fighting on our behalf we would support her to the ends of the Earth. For most of his life trump has been able to bully those who were in any way beholden to him but Nancy is not beholden to anyone except our American citizens. So his tactics of bullying are null and void with Nancy and will continue to be so for the rest of his at most one term appointed presidency.
After today we will know more about where we stand as to the government shutdown as even the often bullying mcconnell has folded in allowing a vote on a democratic sponsored bill from the House. Along with the trump bill which has no chance of passing. We will see how many defectors there are in the republican party who vote for the House bill they previously approved by voice vote just last month before trump said he wouldn't support it. Will these same republicans now vote no to appease trump or will they vote yes and give our federal workers their lifelines of labor back. This is their defining moment as well because many of them will be up for election this coming next year.
