     The lifting of the one injunction imposed by a federal judge on halting the executive order by trump to require a national registry of voter information was only based on the timing of the injunction, not the substance. That adjudication of the substance can now begin because the postal service under trump's authoritarian leadership has published their rule for delivering official election ballots. Now the supreme court can weigh the legality of the trump postal rule against the constitutionality of Article One Section Four: "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators...
     The unequivocal language of Article 1 Section 4 leaves no room for the supreme court to pretzel any possible logic to side with the trump executive order. There still remains in tact the other statewide injunction that continues to stop the postal service from implementing its devious rule. That will be the nexus of the supreme court deliberation in the next day or so since military ballots are due to be sent out overseas on September 4th. The supreme court could have lifted the second injunction if they wanted but chose not to which does signal that when the final verdict in this unconstitutional trump rule is decided it will be against trump!
     If the republican majority on the supreme court was inclined to somehow choose this rule even though it is in clear violation of Article 1 Section 4 of our constitution then they would have lifted the other injunction yesterday knowing that they were going to approve the rule as it is time sensitive. But since they didn't lift the second nationwide injunction it is now likely they will decline to approve the trump executive order. Our national constitution is explicitly clear on the subject of who controls voting and the executive branch is completely shut out of the process. Only Congress can mitigate areas within the States right to manage and steward their elections. Nothing in our constitution gives the executive branch any license to do so!
