(#5888) This is our reality, not to be defined by those who will not let us live our own

Did you know that we the people are the deciders of what our own reality should be? We are not destined to be born into some reality where we have no say in it nor opportunity to change it. We all only live in this existence for a relatively short period of time. So how we live is what should be the utmost concern for all of us. The powers that be that currently control the methods and movements we are allowed need to be replaced with those of us who understand that freedom, liberty, justice, and fairness make for the foundation for all of us to follow. When we have these honorable principles of democracy as our philosophy then the pursuit of happiness is wide open.
I always stipulate the phrase do no harm when advancing the pursuit of happiness ideal and that is because we need to always temper our pursuits that may harm. Other than that caution the best of who we are should always be the most of who we are. We do that by not chaining ourselves to archaic propositions that limit our abilities. 9 to 5 is one of those propositions. 9 to 5 is a guttural cry against those who don't see all of us as free and deserving of creating our own unique reality. 9 to 5 advocators would take our dreams and wishes and replace them with arguments that denigrate what we are possible of. I am not talking about those of us who have to work in the 9 to 5 realm. I am talking about those who keep the 9 to 5 yoke about our necks.
Our reality does not have to be 9 to 5. We are all better off when principles of democracy guide our destiny than the greed and selfishness too often displayed for all to see. We are told that capitalism is the only way to keep our society going into the future. Yet I say no because capitalism breeds anti democratic illusions of grandeur. Capitalism and socialism together are better as a path forward as each advances and limits the other. We see the capitalistic illusions of grandeur now with trump, putin, musk et al. We the people are the power in this existence so we need to wake up to that reality and begin to demand our lives be filled with possibilities that actually promote humanity instead of discarding humanity when no longer profitable.
