I find it amusing that the right wing is threatening the rest of us if we find that trump has violated the law or the constitution. As is rightly so we liberals and many independents are a civil and peaceful seeking lot. We would rather reason and discuss those things that separate us so as to find common ground and close gaps that are more illusion than real. Yet there are times when the ideal of compromise or logical acceptance of facts is impossible and an impasse has arrived. For the most part a detente is successful in maintaining the impasse until more facts and common sense can prevail. yet in some cases the other side, much like the right wing of American politics chooses to attempt to force their will on the rest of us despite their illogical stance.
So when these times come about I have a message for the right wing that surely they are unaware of. We liberals and many independents choose to be civil and logical because we appreciate the rule of law, our constitution and the nature of physics and science. However, should the right wing, like they are now exhibiting fail to stay within the bounds of civility and logic, they will find that we are just as rabid about protecting those paradigms as they are in trying to destroy them. Not only that but we are much more prepared to do any type of battle with them because we understand that force and bullying are precursors to chaos and chaos is not anything a civilization can operate under.
So as the right wing tries to bully us into their illogical will they will find that we will stand up to them and bare knuckle their faces like they never dreamed could be possible. Let there be no doubt about this, we liberals and many independents are just as capable if not more of protecting civilization through brute force as the right wing is at tearing it apart. So if it is a fight they want with us we will gladly meet them in any alley or street and proceed to show them that a purpose such as protecting our democracy is far and away a greater motivation for us than their strategy to tear down the most precious and dear democracy the world has ever known. Bring it on if you dare right wing!
