(#4663) This is what is in the hard infrastructure bill waiting for President Biden's signature

      $110 billion for roads, bridges, and major projects, plus surface transportation with climate change innovations. $11 billion in road safety programs to address reducing crashes and fatalities. $39 billion toward modernizing repair and replacement of railcar and track in transit infrastructure plus improving accessibility for people with disabilities. Passenger and freight rail will get $66 billion for repair, modernization and expansion. Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure will get $75 billion to build out a national network of electric chargers. $7.5 billion total equally invested in zero emission buses, low emission buses, particularly aimed at replacing our current national fleet of yellow school buses, and our water ferry network.
     $1 billion for reconnecting communities that have been separated by our transportation system. Airports, ports, and waterways will get $45 billion to repair, increase efficiency, and modernize toward low carbon technologies. Western water infrastructure will get $50 billion to abate effects of climate change and cyber attacks. Clean drinking water will get $55 billion to replace all lead pipes and service lines. High speed internet (Broadband) will get $65 billion to bring broadband to every American at a low cost pricing. Environmental remediation will get $21 billion to clean up toxic dumps and cap abandoned gas wells. Power infrastructure will get $73 billion to upgrade, repair and promote clean energy alternatives to keep our national grid modernizing.
     Paying for these programs comes from unspent emergency relief funds, corporate user fees, crypto currencies tax enforcement, Also offset by new revenue income from the impact of the infrastructure enactment. Other smaller offsets from various governmental revenue sources. This is basically a generalized account of what the $1.2 trillion hard infrastructure bill will begin to address. This bill is an ambitious reaction to decades of needs. When combined with the soon to be passed human infrastructure bill, both bills in tandem should be a major pivotal turning point in the positive reimaging of our American society.
