(#4664) Why isn't the media breaking down the good in the hard infrastructure bill?

Why does the media fail to report on the overwhelming effort to revitalize and upgrade our national infrastructure? I am not seeing much reporting on the effect of the many aspects that are about to happen to our national grids and waterways? Nothing like this has ever happened in the past on this scale since the national highway system was introduced and accomplished in the 1950's. Yet the reporting on daily news channels seems to have been minimal. It is like the national media is complicit in keeping a tremendous democratic agenda item from getting it's deserves and appreciation.
Instead I keep seeing constant reporting about how republicans are primed to take over Congress in 2022. Even though barely 32 republicans of the 262 republican members overall in Congress, or only a little over 12%, voted for the hard infrastructure bill. Which means that nearly 88% of congressional republicans voted against the hard infrastructure bill. It astounds me that the baseline for the media in predicting who is will win Congress a year from now is small sample size from Virginia and New Jersey that is a bit muddled than the passing of historic legislation that will improve the living environment of all Americans. When the media decides what the narrative will be and pushes it beyond how logic should dictate it then we are truly up against a corrupt media.
The Virginia and New Jersey results were, for the most part, indicative of our democratic political wrestling to provide much needed relief to the American people. So any result would be a positive one once the final product is unveiled. Compare that to the hurt and pain that republicans are motivated to produce and the idea that republicans should be getting positive promotion from the media tells me that the media is being manipulated by those who are not for the working middle poor class and are instead using their influence to control the narrative to denigrate democrats while ignoring and burying a republican insurrection/attempted coup just 10 months ago, and the constant failures of the republican party.
