This ought to make all humans humble, we are the masters within the universe if it allows us to survive it's nature. Yes, we are the wild card in the chaos. Yet the universe at this time of our human era is more sedate than volatile. So in this existence we humans have an opportunity to shape and define our own history but also that of which we can control inside our universe. We do not have to be waiting victims to the whirligig of fate as it were. As our knowledge continues to comprehensively grow we are much more able to adapt to the changes within our universe with some degree of success. Soon our expansion out into space will increase our odds of not only species survival but of greater access to information.
We humans are the difference between events just happening and events being mitigated before and after they do. Other species on Earth can adapt to tumultuous change and interruptions in their cycle of life but only we humans have the capacity to not only see change coming but to have greater options in adapting to the change. We are the most highly evolved species yet known and that in itself is mighty, amazing and terrifying all at once. But though it may terrify some it gives others a boldness to unleash our imaginations in ways that relish in the freedom of it. Most of us are secure in the idea that we are going to die at some point in our life development so being terrified of being magnificent is moot. Accepting our fate is the key and then living life like the gift it is comes quite naturally, regardless of any challenge.
Like all species that have ever existed the challenge is to adapt to whatever changes the universe creates. Our very survival requires us to not only come to terms with our evolvement but to guide it as a way to better maximize our species continuation. But life isn't just about preparing for the future survival of our species. It is also about enjoying the magnificence that the universe gives us. We are not here without our universe and honoring its existence by humbly experiencing it's mysteries is only natural. I have said this countless times, we are like biological data processors. With memory, physical abilities and the computing minds to reason, analyze and conclude all wrapped up into one astonishing form. The sooner we start acting like we are the sooner we will begin to actually be the masters within the universe that we all are.
