(#5715) Keep doing something to get Harris elected

      The rally cry of keep doing something is ever more important. Not any poll or sense of what may come but the action of doing something positive to get folks to understand the importance of democracy and the necessity to vote. Every soul who turns out to vote for Harris may well be the one vote that Harris needs to win on November 5th. The Harris campaign has the correct approach. See this election as if Harris is behind and needs every vote they can get to have a chance. The truth of it may be less dramatic but when an election is so important to keeping our democracy working from the assumption of "from behind" is smart and persistent.
     This is our only chance to end the cartoonish criminal trump from our lives and our politics and that is to get Harris elected in 41 days. Once trump is done with this wretched campaign he is using to stall his many trials for criminality, his time will come for the answering for his selfish greedy actions of law breaking. In the meantime every new voter who commits to voting for Harris is one step closer to getting her elected and saving our democracy from the wannabe tyrant trump. I know I and many like me will finally be glad for the end of his never ending lies and falsehoods. Our American psyche has taken many hits since trump came onto our political stage. It is time for our American psyche to heal with a Harris victory and a trump defeat.
     41 days left until the election so 41 days of doing something is left to make sure we have done what we could to effect a Harris victory. We must have a Harris victory if our society is going to survive as a one person one vote democracy. So whatever it is that you can do to help. Whether boots on the ground knocking on doors, or using phones, or postcards, would be helpful. Getting your friends, young and old, to vote early to get their votes cast without procrastinating is also very important. The bottom line is we need all our like minded democracy defenders to step up. To participate so that our children grow up in our society free from dictators who are bent toward their own selfish needs at the expense of those who are left with no freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness without harming others to hope for.
